Look at these helpful tips below: 1. The first thing you must know about skin care treatment is to do it regularly. You can start it from the very easy way, like washing your hands and face with a natural soap or cleanser. 2. Which type of skin do you have? Dry, normal, or oily skin? Get to know your type and use appropriate skin care products for the treatment. Consult with your beautician if youre not sure about it. 3. The Essence of Kaizen and Its Role in Operations

By Verena Veneeva The present article discusses the notion of kaizen and its role as the integral part of TQM philosophy. The major points of interests are the core of the kaizen philosophy and what can be learnt from it, implementation requirements and the importance of corporate culture as one of the most important determinant of successful integration of kaizen (Papers4you.com, 2006). According to Imai (1997) kaizen is the philosophy of incremental continuous improvement with involvement of everyone. At first glance everything is pretty clear and simple what you need to do is to improve the processes around to make things more efficient. However the first barrier which appear on the way to improvement are few questions: what to improve, why to improve, who shall improve, where to improve, how far to improve, far how much it will cost. All these questions are answered by kaizen. This philosophy stresses the high importance of working environment as the actual place of improvement and the source of information regarding improvement areas (Imai calls is gemba). Everything what creates wastes of resources time, emotions, financial resources, raw materials, unnecessary steps might be improved (muda elimination Imai (1997). The real life advantages of this approach were observed by Shigeo and Dillon (1989) with the case of Toyota Motor Corporation. The company sought to maximize the waste elimination and error-free production by introducing real time alert system on the operations level. This system allowed ground floor employees to stop the production line if problems occurred (Papers4you.com, 2006). The major message of Imai about kaizen is that continuous improvements cost nothing but might significantly improve the overall process. However, prior to rushing to improving found drawbacks an individual shall evaluate the consequences of change as well as the degree of its urgency and its usefulness for the work process. One of the main questions which arise is why various firms have not yet benefited from integrating kaizen. In practice, certain organisations restrain the capability of employees to amend the set operational procedures. The set organisational culture prevents ground floor employees from involvement in decision making what becomes one of the major obstacles. As the result people do not feel being involved or important and are not ready to seek the improvements. As the result the principle of kaizen involving everyone can not be matched. Various analysts warn against blind use of kaizen as the blueprint for an organisation to become competitive and successful. Thus, Peters (1997) and Hammer & Stanton (1996) claim that under certain conditions continuous improvement is useless, unless the whole process is radically changed. As Hammer & Stanton (1996) put it unless we change the outdated rules and the fundamental assumptions that underline operations, we are merely rearranging the deck chair on the Titanic References Hammer M. & Stanton S. Vaccinations: The Not So Good, The Bad, And The Ugly

By Paula Rothstein It is chilling to watch today's purported health experts stand up to parents of children suffering from neurological disorders, clearly triggered by vaccinations, as they inform them there is no reason to be concerned for the safety of their children. Regardless of the disturbing rise in neurological disorders such as autism, brain tumors, attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), now believed to be a direct result of the use of the mercury based preservative, known as thimerosal used for nearly 20 years in many childhood vaccinations. I encourage you to seriously consider the idea that drugs are being introduced into society without adequate testing and we are, in fact, the industry's guinea pigs. I do indeed question these so-called experts on the issue of vaccinations and I am deeply troubled by the government's method of forcing immunizations on parents - these same vaccinations that have shown themselves to be unsafe time and again - by making it a necessity for acceptance into schools and daycare centers around the country. Of course, in most states there are religious and even philosophical exemptions in place and we can cling to these exemptions for as long as they persist. The experts would have you believe that our advancement against infectious disease relates to the use of vaccinations. However, there is much more compelling evidence that our advancement does not come from the introduction of vaccines but instead from improved public health resulting from cleaner water, more effective sewage disposal, and less crowded living conditions. There is also reason to believe that the diseases our children are vaccinated against persist, however, it is by great trickery we are led to believe that it is the unvaccinated who are contracting these diseases when it is often the vaccinated. Statistics are delicate and often misused. I look for motivation to bend the evidence when considering a statistic and if great profit is at the heart of a number and the number flies in the face of logic, I consider it to be a lie. The pharmaceutical drug companies have more motivation to lie than any other industry. Profit - and a lot of it - is at stake here. Vaccines have their place as an emergency medical treatment when epidemics rage out of control. However, it could be argued that epidemics rage today BECAUSE we have weakened the immune system by frequent inoculations containing a whole slew of toxic chemicals. Before I continue, I would like to point out that I am not entirely against immunizations, although I would argue against the use of so many immunizations and given at far too young an age - I am against the pharmaceutical drug companies reckless use of dangerous preservatives and blatant disregard for the hazard these materials may pose to the health of small children. I do not trust these profit-mongering companies and will not fall victim to their careless shortcomings by participating in their vaccination programs. Vaccines are not always safe nor effective and I would like to provide you with a few key examples: The Lancet reported in 1980 that a vaccine trial in India, involving approximately 260,000 people discovered that more cases of tuberculosis had occurred in people vaccinated against TB than among the unvaccinated. The Journal of the American Medical Association published an article on measles in 1990 revealing that although more than 95% of school-aged children in the U.S. are vaccinated against measles, large measles outbreaks continue to occur in schools with the most cases in this setting to occur among previously vaccinated children. In a 1994 issue of The New England Journal of Medicine it was reported that at least 80% of children under the age of five who came down with whooping cough had been vaccinated against whooping cough. Between the years of 1990 to 1993 the FDA counted 54,072 adverse reactions to vaccinations. The agency also admitted this total represented only about 10% of actual adverse reactions because most physicians were reluctant to report the problems. Many vaccination programs are being implemented without thorough testing of safety, particularly with regards to the manner in which vaccines can alter the immune system and central nervous system. The best example of the carelessness of an industry run amok is the use of thimerosal as a preservative in vaccines for more than 15 years, now believed to be responsible for the tremendous increase in cases of autism and ADHD. If you would like to learn more, I encourage you to read the article Deadly Immunity by Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. revealing the government's cover-up of the mercury link to autism, a mistake that cost numerous children their health. Dr. Paula Baille-Hamilton, the British toxins and vaccines expert, had the following to say on the issue of vaccines: "Few people realize that when they are getting a vaccine, not only are they getting a dose of the named antigen or disease, they're getting vaccinated against, such as diptheria, but also a mixture of known toxic, brain-damaging, and cancer-promoting chemicals thrown in as preservatives and "adjuvants," which help to elict an early, high, and long-lasting immune response. "Ever since mass vaccinations of infants began in the twentieth century, reports of serious brain, cardiovascular, metabolic, and other injuries started filling pages of medical journals. Reports from several countries show that vaccinated children, in addition to having a lower IQ, also have a higher incidence of behavioral problems, asthma, and diabetes than unvaccinated children." Even the former chief vaccine control officer for the FDA, J. Anthony Morris, stated in response to the reports of problems associated with vaccines, "There is a great deal of evidence to prove that immunization of children does more harm than good." The procedure of inoculation is rarely questioned and should be. When one is introduced to a virus or bacteria, it enters through the nose or mouth, triggering a natural immune response. The process of vaccination bypasses the first line of defense and is instead directly introduced into the bloodstream. Vaccines injected into babies do not in any way resemble an inhaled or swallowed germ because they are changed, attenuated, and injected as multi-antigens into the body. As a result, by-passing of the Th1 branch of the immune system can cause over-stimulation of the Th2 branch, teaching the body to be in a chronically reactive mode. Individuals who have allergies, asthma and auto-immune disease have a Th2-skewed immune system. Highly toxic substances such as mercury, aluminum, formaldehyde, MSG, sulfites, and ethylene glycol (antifreeze) along with various animal and bird products are commonly used in the manufacturing of vaccines. The use of tissue from other species will always carry a risk of contamination. Even in the 1950s, the use of monkey kidney cells in the polio vaccine were found to be contaminated by a cancer-causing monkey virus known as SV40. Each one of these additives has been linked to disorders ranging from brain and nerve damage to autism and ADHD. These additives challenge immature immune systems and young metabolisms to process synthetic chemicals. Ultimately, the toxins are carried off by the liver to accumulate in organs and tissues. I do strongly advise against the Hepatitis B shot given within the first 48 hours after birth unless, of course, the mother has the disease. The central nervous system of a newborn infant is particularly sensitive to toxic influences. There are cases of autism believed to be triggered by this one shot. There are also cases of death believed to be related to this one shot. If it were given later in life, after the immune system has matured, it would not be as much of a problem. However, why would this vaccine be given to anyone not at risk? Hepatitis B is a rare, blood-transmitted disease. The incidence of hepatitis B in the 0 to 1 age group has been observed to be just 0.001 percent. Known complications arising from this one shot far exceed the number at risk! If you feel you must go along with all shots recommended by your physician, I encourage you to at least postpone the time of vaccination and do not allow your newborn to receive this potentially life-threatening shot. My sister recently gave birth three weeks prematurely to a five pound baby girl. The hospital was fully prepared to give this premature baby the Hepatitis B shot! Fortunately, I had already advised my sister against this vaccination months in advance. My point is that you should not expect the medical profession to make thoughtful decisions on these matters. For the most part, they are doing the bidding of pharmaceutical drug companies who are not overly concerned with our well-being. The most important thing you can do for your health is to improve your immune system so that it will remain strong against attack by an infectious organism. To that end there is a powerful product capable of providing the body with exceptional support against viruses and bacteria, manufactured by 4Life Company, called Transfer Factor. In fact, 4Life Transfer Factor products are featured in the 2003, 2004, and 2005 Physicians' Desk Reference For Nonprescription Drugs and Dietary Supplements, the standard supplement guide for physicians that can be found in physician offices, hospitals, and pharmacies throughout the United States. Transfer Factor implements a sophisticated system of teaching the immune system to recognize and destroy infectious organisms. It makes one wonder why we use vaccinations when there is a natural product capable of providing exceptional support to the immune system. I suppose it is because people like to believe a one-time shot will take care of a life-time of vigilance. However, as more and more vaccines continue to be introduced to address numerous possible infections it becomes increasingly important to find a way to enhance the immune system rather than imagine we can keep up with the ever increasing number of potential diseases. If you are a parent who has done the bidding thus far of western medicine, without question taking your child to his or her wellness visits assuming vaccinations are not only safe but necessary, I would like you to know you have a choice and one that should be informed. How Toxic Is Your Home?

By Debra Lynn Dadd We like to think of our homes as being a safe place to be--a refuge from
a dangerous world. Yet some of the exposures that you have
day-to-day that are most hazardous to your health and the health of
your family happen right at home. The good news is that for every toxic product you'll find in your home,
there is a safer alternative. You just need to know where to look for
those toxic exposures and what safe solutions are available. Here are ten common toxic exposures most Americans have in their
homes, and some simple, inexpensive things everyone can do to reduce
household toxics. 1. Save yourself from exposure to toxic ammonia by washing your
windows with vinegar and water. Ammonia can cause irritation of the
eyes and respiratory tract, and burn your skin. Instead, mix distilled
white or apple cider vinegar half-and-half with water in a spray bottle.
Squirt on windows and wipe with recycled newspapers for a streak-free
super shine. 2. Free yourself from toxic formaldehyde exposure by sleeping on
untreated cotton sheets. Formaldehyde exposure can cause
insomniayes, insomniaand respiratory problems, among other
symptoms. Bypass formaldehyde-coated polyester/cotton sheets and
no-iron cotton sheets and choose cozy cotton flannel sheets or
untreated cotton percale sheets, both available at major department
stores and online. 3. Put up a detector to protect your family from carbon monoxide
exposure. Carbon monoxide starves the body and brain of oxygen and
can be fatal. First symptoms include sleepiness, headache, dizziness,
flushed skin, and disorientation. All homes with gas appliances or
heaters should install carbon monoxide detectors, available in most
hardware and home improvement stores or on-line. 4. Replace toxic mothballs with sweet sachets. Mothballs are made from
100 percent paradichlorobenzene, a volatile toxic chemical that can
cause headaches and severe irritation to nose, throat and lungs. Over
time it can cause liver and kidney damage. Because the balls look like
candy, they are a very attractive poison to children. Protect your
woolens from moths by making sachets from dried lavender, equal parts
dried rosemary and mint, or whole peppercorns. Cedar products are
also effective moth repellants. 5. Use soap-based cleaning products instead of poisonous detergent.
While detergents seem safe, they are a petrochemical-based product
that is responsible for more household poisonings than any other
substance. Soap, on the other hand, is made from natural oils and
minerals and has been safely used for centuries. Natural and organic
soap-based products can be found in natural food stores and online. 6. Refill your own non-plastic water bottle instead of using toxic plastic
water bottles. While it's good for your health to carry your own water
and drink it throughout the day, if it's in a clear polycarbonate plastic
bottle, it is leaching a toxic substance into your water--even if the bottle
is sitting on table at room temperature. Bisphenol-A. BPA is a potent
hormone disruptor that can impair the reproductive organs and have
adverse effects on breast tissue and prostate development. Drink from
a glass bottle or carry an aluminum or steel bottle, available online. 7. Avoid toxic pesticides by making dinner using fresh, organically-grown
produce. Most food sold in supermarkets are sprayed heavily with
pesticides, many of which cause cancer. Find out where to buy
pesticide-free organically grown food in your community, go there and
purchase what looks good and is in season. One taste and youll go
back for more. A great variety of organically-grown food can also be
ordered on-line. 8. Wash away petrochemical perfumes and take a botanical bath. Many
commercial bath products contain detergents and artificial fragrances
that can be irritating to sensitive areas. You can have a luxurious
relaxing bath by adding natural substances to warm bathwater, such as
fragrant dried or fresh herbs (try lavender, rosemary, or peppermint), a
quart of buttermilk, or 1 cup Epsom salts. For bubbles, use a natural or
organic soap, available in natural food stores and online. 9. Get some color in your life without toxic solvents by choosing colorful
water-based pens and markers. Check through your pens and markers
and throw away any with "permanent" ink. They contain very toxic
volatile solvents such as toluene and xylene. Every office discount
warehouse and art supply store I have been to carries water-based
pens and markers in every size and color. 10. Clear the air with a couple of houseplants. In addition to being
beautiful to look at, houseplants also freshen the air by absorbing the
carbon dioxide we exhale and releasing the oxygen that is vital for us to
breathe. Some plants, such as the popular spider plant, also remove
some air pollutants. To learn more about toxic products hidden in your home and safer

Is it Time to Rewrite the Holy Books? (1)

By Elaine Sihera The pastor from the Evangelical Church in Hackney, London, was patient but firm. There was definitely life after death, one where we would all be judged by God. But eternal salvation was possible only through strict adherence to the teachings of the Bible, and these were not negotiable. Though I listened to him with interest, and respected him and his views, my convictions were set in concrete. My only afterlife would exist in someone else's head. I too believe in God but I also believe I was placed on earth for a reason and any judgement would not be reserved just for the future. The full works would be meted out right here and now: in the quality of my life and for treating others in ways which reflected God's teachings of charity, kindness and forgiveness. Not just for following the holy book while bitching my neighbours into the ground with selfishness and greed, being discriminatory towards them or blasting them into oblivion to feed my desire for power. The pastor wouldn't budge. He spoke slowly and softly, as if to a lost child in need of paternal guidance. Life on earth was insignificant compared to life in heaven or hell and, anyway, my ideas had no foundation because they were not in the Bible. Black people were hardly mentioned in the Bible either, but that did not negate our presence! It seemed that everyone could quote the Bible, or their holy book, to suit their own purpose. And that is the problem with anything written so long ago. The messages get lost down the ages, gathering momentum in their obscurity as the messengers grow bloated with bigotry. Being learned charlatans of each faith, they continually use such books to maintain their power while the meanings and application become more irrelevant to our world and our needs, and the interpretation of each phrase multiply faster than an ant's nest to suit every act and occasion. The customary straw poll of students within British educational establishments, to assess current levels of faith, might be unscientific but no less indicative of a growing areligious society. The average of people still attending church, or considering themselves religious, is now about 12 out of every 30, and falling. While these students turn their backs on Christianity, yet with nothing else to fill the gap, the Bible marches on in its obscurity and irrelevance, with its singular emphasis on Jews, Gentiles, Hebrews (no Blacks), its strange outdated place names and its virtuous tales of simple minded folk, living equally simple rural life and with not a single computer, mobile or Ipod in sight. Far removed from the technological and social revolution that is our world today. In this narrow, moralistic way, it traps each unsuspecting soul in the antiquated verbiage of a bygone age. No Women and Gays for High Office
Meanwhile, much is done in the name of God, religion and the Bible. Despite a queen as Supreme Head of the British Church, the ordination and promotion of women is still threatening to split it because arrogant men, apparently enjoying a direct line to God's intentions, have decided that one female is more than enough! This is indicative of some key anomalies within the Church system: like women and gays being welcomed as worshippers, as children of God, but not when it comes to being ordained within God's church. Again, South Africans worship God every day yet kept apartheid alive for many years without the slightest reference to conscience or belief. Obviously their White God would not approve of their Black neighbours either! And once when I needed a priest badly, as a staunch Catholic, this man of the cloth had better things to do than to share some comforting words with me, a devout parishioner. I have not been in a church since that occasion, 35 years ago and what a wonderful difference it has made to my life! Now the good pastor was telling me that I needed to explore my faith further. My personal beliefs did not match up to his so they couldn't be right. But I had been this way before and how much closer could one explore the teachings of God than as a novice? For three years I dwelt ceaselessly on God's words, rejecting the hypocrisies of religion when my brain reeled with instructions and ideas which promoted nothing but evil. I do not know about other religions, though, if the actions of a few fanatics are anything to go by, the Muslim faith is even worse in its capacity for cruelty, but Catholicism has a lot to answer for and we won't even mention the Inquisition or the abuse of young minds and bodies down the years. Man himself commits vile acts then call on God to condone them! The Hindu gods also appear to take pleasure from the destruction of other people's temples and keeping their faithful members in an intractable colour system where the fair Brahmins are blessed with the right to kick the hapless, dark-skinned Harijans perpetually trapped at the bottom of the social pile. Being insignificant and, obviously, with no god on their side, these Untouchables are assigned to an immutable life of poverty, meanness and loveless inhumanity while the gods lavish attention on the favoured majority. The Christian ethos and vocabulary are only marginally better. Each word seems to echo an unmerciful God always waiting to pounce upon us terrible sinners with the worst retribution possible. The fact that God merely reflects the moralistic and narrow ideals of the messengers in His name has been lost upon humanity. Instead, God is portrayed as an all powerful being with nothing better to do each day than to be picking us off in turn to note our numerous sins! The Bible said so, the male priests preach it and we have to live it. So, as a teenager, I had a miserable anxious, guilt-ridden childhood. I was painfully aware that we could not really enjoy ourselves because everything that made us happy appeared to be an abomination to God and He was always ever present watching us. Sex was dirty and definitely out, so were rude jokes, raving parties and boys! No chance of escape as even our very thoughts constituted sin. Preoccupation With Sex
Yet it was all a natural part of growing up, this preoccupation with things sexual, because the changes within our body were phenomenal and not really understood. The Church's obsession with sex was a revelation in itself. Only attending mass and confessing our sins regularly would save us. But save us from what? Innocent thoughts? Our bodily functions which were a natural part of our growth and evolution? Gradual self-discovery and truth about our faith? What I did not understand then was that the love of God which was so regularly trumpeted by the priests was in chronically short supply because it had been replaced by fear of God, and nothing ruled by fear can ever be positive and uplifting. If we missed church just once that was a mortal sin. So each Sunday I competed with the lark for the 5 o'clock call, eager to be first in line for confession, compassion and communion, but they were as straw against the merciless wind of sin and shame. I would enter the convent, that would do it, I thought. I could serve God wholeheartedly and be free from all these 'wicked' thoughts. But in between the daily masses, novenas and spiritual rituals all I heard about was sin - huge massive mortal sins; medium sized original sins; tiny fluttery venial sins. Where did it all end, this world full of sin? Did we ever get good on earth? Not on your life. We had to wait until Judgement Day. Then one day I visited a handicapped neighbour who was a devout Catholic but was never able to attend mass. A saintly cheerful woman who would give her last penny to others, she worried and fretted constantly about committing various sins through missing mass. She had no means to travel to church and her pastor never once visited her either. I often wondered if her soul was riddled with massive black spots for all the services she missed? So many huge mortal sins. How did she cope? She must be damned in hell for good. The realisation of how such cruel brainwashing affected her peace of mind, the way it preyed on her conscience and stopped her from enjoying her life and faith fully, propelled me from the convent faster than a bullet. The History Of Aviator Sunglasses

By Cody Kahl Have you ever wondered where those cool big lenses and signature frame originated from? Maybe you are a little curious as to how aviation shades have gotten so big in recent years? In this article I will discuss how pilot glasses began, as well as how they got where they are today. After reading this you may just decide on getting a pair for yourself! The shades we know today were first created way back in 1936 by none other than Ray Ban. The reason they are known as aviator sunglasses is because they were developed specifically for pilots back in 1936. Pilots needed a good pair of anti glare sunglasses, and Ray Bans design satisfied this requirement perfectly. The design that Ray Ban came up with was actually modeled directly from the goggles being worn by the U.S. military at the time. Since the aviators debut, they have remained largely unchanged in design and are still standard issue for military pilots the world over. Maybe even more interesting is how aviation shades have literally taken off with the general public (no pun intended). Ray Ban started selling aviator sunglasses to the public a year after they were created; in 1937. During the years many different companies have now started making their own pilot shades -- Both name brand and no name sunglasses. Different technologies have also come into fashion Some of them stay and some of them go. For instance, have you seen those mirrored aviator glasses that were popular in the movie Top Gun? Those are a technology all their own. Even different lenses are sometimes used, but glass is still the most popular. Perhaps the biggest change has been all the different colors coming out. Blue, purple, and pink are just a few of the colors you can now find being sported on aviation glasses. Celebrities have also been boosting these shades reputation as of late - Many of the biggest stars can be seen wearing them. All of the above combined have contributed to the huge success of aviator sunglasses. We can only expect them to get even more popular in the near future. ***************************************************

Education-Based Marketing in Coaching: The Solution

By Simon Clarke And the answer is Education-based Marketing. Education-based marketing is simply the process by which you attract and convert highly-qualified clients by giving them what they want - valuable information and advice that solves their problems - and removing what they don't want, a sales pitch. Education-based marketing is generally undertaken by delivering Credibility Marketing techniques such as public speaking, information based teleclasses, publications, networking, hotlines, free educational give aways (such as reports, assessments, tools, ecourses), etc. As opposed to sales-based marketing, education-based marketing means. - You give your prospect what they really want - highly valuable information. And you take away what they don't want - a sales pitch. - You maintain your dignity and feel good about yourself as you never make an effort to sell. - Your brand recognition and respect will skyrocket! Education-based marketing is the ultimate brand builder. By positioning yourself as the 'expert' or 'specialist' by solving, through your education products, the most pressing issues your niche confronts. You become the only logical choice in your market. - You can establish yourself as a credible authority as prospects depend on you as a reliable source of valuable advice. - You significantly reduce your marketing costs - and can in fact get paid to market yourself. This vastly compounds the net worth of every client you attract - you can actually earn double the net profit with only half the clients! - You don't have to seek out new prospects - prospects come to you (to have their problems solved). - You can maintain (mutually beneficial) contact with your prospects through the sales process because they don't feel pressured by a sales pitch and value your information and advice. - You reach prospects early during the first stages of their decision making process. - You attract 'moderately interested' prospects that may otherwise be afraid to call you but are not afraid to request your information. - Due to the high level of trust and rapport built early on you'll be perceived as an adviser, not a salesperson, making added-value sales dramatically easier. - You dramatically increase your referrals from prospects as they feel loyal to you - due to a relationship built on trust and reciprocal obligation and your efforts to help them - even if they don't hire you! And your referrals will come much earlier in your relationship. - You gain compounded advantage as your information is passed freely between prospects within your niche. - You gain a competitive advantage because not many competitors are using education-based marketing. - You achieve a highly leveraged advantage as you can put forward your marketing even when you are not present. - You save valuable time as you often are delivering your message directly to your most highly qualified target audience. As you can see, education-based marketing is the exact opposite to sales-based marketing, and can make an extraordinary difference to your business, and your enjoyment of 'doing' business. So, ask yourself, "How much education-based marketing am I currently doing?" and "How can I develop a marketing plan significantly comprised of education-based marketing methodologies?" Brokerage Boats

By Milos Pesic Using agent assisted brokerage boats is a great way of selling and purchasing yachts. Yet for the benefit of the brokerage boats buyer or seller, it may be necessary outline the distinction between the brokerage boats/yachts from the brokerage boat/yacht charter first and foremost. Brokerage boat/yacht charter is the broker-assisted sale of charter times on boats/yachts. Brokerage boats/yachts, on the other hand, is the broker-assisted sale of the boats/yachts. These two distinct roles are not usually performed by a single broker, while, quite the opposite, these two brokerage tasks are carried out by the same brokerage company. Nonetheless, it is important to focus on the significant function of the broker in acting upon these procedures more effectively and conveniently. The Brokers Role in Selling or Buying Brokerage Boats: Selling Your Boats Selling your boats through brokerage especially makes it easier to find the buyers for your boat. Selling a boat, as with selling anything else, could be a very strenuous task; thus, employing the aid of a broker makes the whole transaction, beginning from advertising and pricing down to the closing agreement and delivery, a whole lot simpler for the brokerage boats seller. Like real estate agents, brokers list, represent, and sell boats for their owners in exchange for his earned commission. The broker offers the following assistance in selling brokerage boats: 1. use of his professional know-how 2. establishing a fair asking price for your boats 3. preparing the listing for the public buyers information and distribution 4. getting the boats ready 5. performing surveys and orientation sails on your boat with and for the buyers, and 6. acting out a successful negotiation and closed deals with buyers Buying Boats Buying boats could be confusing for those people who do not have ample information on the various boats sold in the market. Buying a boat, especially for first time buyers may pose difficulty in settling on which boat features and/or price are the best for purchase; thus, employing the aid of a broker makes all the intricacies of buying a boat a whole lot easier for the brokerage boats buyer. Like real estate agents, brokers are agents whom people can consult with in finding and purchasing the best boats for their needs. The broker offers the following assistance in buying brokerage boats: 1. helping buyers to find and focus on their interests 2. researching on your pre-purchased or pre-selected boats 3. concluding a great deal with the boat dealer, and 4. carrying out after-buying boat insurance, docking, mooring, storage, and even sailing lessons or putting you in touch with sailing clubs Milos Pesic is a successful webmaster and owner of popular and comprehensive Brokerage information site.
