Weight Loss Information - How to Lose Weight and Keep it Off

By Jay Thomas The best way to lose weight is about living a healthier life than what you may be living now. You will need a complete lifestyle change and you will need to be committed. The body loses about 2 pounds a week optimally and thats 2 pounds that stay off. When you drop at a faster rate your body could potentially rebound and either plateau your weight loss or put extra weight on. If you are committed then you should reach your goal. There are 5 most important things that must go together in any workout program. These are part of changing your complete lifestyle to one that is healthier. They also help you to naturally optimize your metabolism. The faster your metabolism the better your body uses your food for energy, instead of storing it as fat.
I put them in the order of importance. 1. Eat more. Yes eat more. More meals that is. It is best to eat a small meal every 3-4 hours. The meal should be just large enough to where you are not hungry, as opposed to eating you are full. There is a difference, think of it as no bigger than the size of your two fists put together. Eating 1 or 2 meals a day slows your metabolism down. You should have at least 4-6 meals a day. For most a ratio of carbs-proteins-fats should be 50%-25%-25% is good, but each person is unique. 2. Drink more water. Most of us dont have enough water. This means our bodies are dehydrated. Two things a dehydrated body has trouble doing, one is releasing water. In order to lose fat you must be able to release water, because fat cells in your body are composed of mostly water. A dehydrated body cannot build very well. Muscle tone indicates a constant building state in your body. If your body isnt building that means it is losing muscle and its never good to lose muscle that slows your metabolism and makes you look flabby. 3. Maintain a balanced workout regimen of cardio and resistance (weights). Cardio is good for fat burning and its easy to do and to progress yourself. Resistance is a little harder because its not as easy to know what to do. If weights arent your thing then try Yoga or Pilates. Both are very effective resistance and core training and can help you maintain lean muscle and increase your overall metabolism. 4. Smart supplementation of your diet is your best solution to making sure you get the nutrients your food doesnt give you. A daily multivitamin will suffice in most cases, and if you dont like pills they sell it in liquid form. Plus cleanses, as well as detox formulas are awesome for eliminating toxins we take into our bodies without knowing. 5. Sleep is a very important part of any healthy lifestyle regimen. When we sleep our bodies and minds refresh themselves and allow us to function at an optimal level. Sleeping allows muscles to rebuild themselves and when they do that, it speeds your metabolism. You may ask why I gave you this long list instead of just telling you what exercises to do. The reason is if you think that exercising is all you need then you are mislead. If exercising is all we needed to look and feel great then everybody who works out at the gym would have great bodies and be healthy. If you have been to a gym before you know its not true. Essiac - Alternative Cancer Treatment Since 1920s

By Robert Scheer Why has Essiac been used as an alternative cancer treatment for more than 80 years? Perhaps it is because the frequency of cancer cases has risen significantly over the past several decades, and experts predict its rate will continue to rise. In 2003 the World Cancer Report, an agency of the United Nations, predicted that cancer rates could further increase by 50% to 15 million new cases in the year 2020. It is commonly believed that increasingly stressful lifestyles and increasing environmental pollution are two of the factors contributing to this rise. One of the alternative treatments for cancer that has been used the longest is Essiac, an herbal tea that was developed in the 1920s, although it may have been in use for hundreds of years. That is because it is believed that the formula for Essiac was revealed by an old Native Indian healer. The person who named Essiac was a Registered Nurse in Canada, Rene Caisse. The name Essiac is Caisse spelled backwards. According to Ms. Caisse, she was told about the formula by a woman who claimed it cured her breast cancer. Furthermore, she told Caisse that she was given the formula by an elderly Ojibwa medicine man in Northern Ontario. Whatever the source for the formula may have been, it utilizes four herbs to produce an herbal tea. Caisse said she used the tea to cure her aunt of cancer. After this success, her aunt's physician, Dr. R. O. Fisher of Toronto, asked Caisse to treat some of his other patients with the herbal formula, and, Caisse related, other medical doctors "were impressed with the results." Caisse was encouraged to open up a cancer treatment clinic in Bracebridge, Ontario, where she treated thousands of patients with the formula she named Essiac. Although the clinic was closed in 1942, Essiac continues to be available as an herbal dietary supplement. It has been reported that Dr. Charles Brusch, who was President John F. Kennedy's physician, used Essiac successfully on his own cancer. The renowned alternative cancer treatment researcher, Ralph W. Moss, Ph.D. wrote an article about Essiac Tea in 1992 detailing the scientific research projects that had been done to determine whether it actually was a useful treatment against cancer. Although the tests were not conclusive, Dr. Moss stated that Essiac was "worth investigating" because independent tests of the individual herbs that comprised the mixture had been proven to have significant anti-cancer properties. He also referred to "persistent anecdotal reports" that Essiac was a useful alternative cancer treatment Robert Scheer is a freelance writer and consultant for the Essiac Review web site. Couples Relationship Assessment Quiz - Part 2: Conscious "I"

By Glenn Cohen Do you really know yourself? Do you understand that your actions and behaviors affect your relationship? The Journey from I-TO-WE, the road to a successful relationship, begins with the letter I. Only when you know and understand yourself, and your partner has achieved the same, can you Co-Create a Conscious Relationship. This assessment helps you recognize the areas in which you have strength and the areas that need attention. This free set of assessments offers you the chance to find powerful answers. If you are willing to take the time to reflect on these questions, discuss them, and be honest with yourselves and each other, it can help you on your journey to Co-Create a Conscious Relationship so you can be Best Friends During the Day, Lovers at Night, and Partners for Life. The adventure of life gives us the incredible opportunity to learn and grow as individuals. I like to say that we do not stop learning, stretching, growing, maturing, and changing until we are 6 feet under. What happens so often is we go through life unaware that we dont know what we dont know. In this fast-paced world, many of us do not have or take the time to sit, take a deep breath, and really think about the statements addressed in these assessments. We usually do not reflect on and consider the impact the answers to these statements can have on our relationship. We must gain the awareness, learn the techniques, and practice the skills to Co-Create a Conscious Relationship. Take your time to think about each statement and be honest. One partner should use a black pen and the other partner a red pen. Rate your degree of agreement for each statement on a scale from 1 to 10, with 10 being a definite yes and 1 being a definite no. Write your score on the first line to the left of each statement. The second line is for your partners score. You may find it difficult to give certain statements a low score. You may worry that your response will hurt or offend your partner or create conflict. Honesty, however, is critical for the success of the Co-Create a Conscious Relationship program. Also, no matter what score your partner writes down, be supportive; do not get defensive, resentful, or angry. Thank him or her for being courageous and honest. All of the topics in this assessment series are covered in detail, with exercises, in my book The Journey from I-TO-WE. Conscious I _____ _____ - 1 - I have gained awareness that I am to blame for some of the problems in the relationship. _____ _____ - 2 - I have broken through the veil of denial about my unhealed emotional wounds. _____ _____ - 3 - I understand how my fears affect the relationship and myself. _____ _____ - 4 - I have looked at my issues and problems from different perspectives. _____ _____ - 5 - I have accepted the truth about the real issue or problem within myself. _____ _____ - 6 - I have taken absolute personal responsibility for all of my behaviors, words, and actions. _____ _____ - 7 - I have defined my values and vision to live by -- for the relationship and myself. _____ _____ - 8 - I have accepted the challenge to learn, stretch, grow, mature, and change. _____ _____ - 9 - I have made a plan of action and set goals for my changes. _____ _____ - 10 - I have made a commitment to myself, my partner, and to the relationship. _____ - Total Score You have 10 statements for a total possible score of 100. If your total is: 80 or higher -- You scored in the upper percentile Congratulations! You have obviously taken the time to work, ensuring your relationship has the best chance to be successful. Though your relationship is strong, it can only benefit from gaining new awareness, new skills, and new techniques. Good luck in Co-Creating a Conscious Relationship! 60 79 -- You scored in the average range Congratulations! Re-read the statements you scored low on and take the time to learn how to raise your score. Consider Co-Creating a Conscious Relationshipthrough gaining new awareness, new skills, and new techniques. You and the relationship will be much stronger on The Journey from I-TO-WE. 0 59 -- You scored in the lower range Congratulations! You now know where you need to take the time to closely examine these areas of your relationship. It would benefit both of you to think about these statements, and work toward Co-Creating a Conscious Relationship through gaining new awareness, new skills, and new techniques. Commit to each other to give unselfishly and unconditionally to do whatever you need to do to make each other feel safe, loved and cared for I hope this part of this assessment has been enlightening and helpful. When you get a chance, take the next set of this assessment. Keep the print outs for each so, at the end of the series, you can trace your progress on your journey to Co-Create a Conscious Relationship. I hope you and your partner Gain the Awareness, Learn the Skills and Practice the Techniques so you are successful on your Journey from I-TO-WE to live your lives as each others Best Friends During the Day, Lovers at Night, and Partners for Life

Money is just like fuel to any business. It is not necessary that every individual have sufficient funds to invest in his business. Business loan supports and provides financial assistance to all the business owners facing the financial crisis. In other words, online system has simplified the process of getting a loan. Like in the physical market, the person firstly has to search for various lenders. After searching, he has to go to each and every lender for the quotation. This implies waste of time and money. As every moment for businessperson is worth millions of pounds, so in order to save his precious time the lender provides business loan through online mode. Though the process in both the methods, whether physical market or through online, is same, but the only difference is that through online mode the person can apply by sitting at home and at anytime. Through online, the person has just to fill a form which asks regarding his financial details. And if the lender feels that you are eligible for the loan, he will definitely get back to you. Getting quotation through online also simplifies the process of comparing and choosing the lenders faster.
Sometimes the lender also provides guidance to borrowers regarding the utility of loan. The borrower can avail cheap business loan by keeping his house on collateral. The collateral enables the lender to lower the interest rate as he feels secured against the risk of non payment of loan.

10 Tips for Successful LDS Dating

By Kari Eriksson Are you all set to go LDS dating? Have you found an interesting person using some of the online dating service or some other way any now you are ready for the actual dating part? Here are ten tips that work whether you adhere to the Latter Day Saint movement or not to make your LDS date a great experience. 1. Remember you have two ears and one mouth! When you are LDS dating and sitting across from you date, maybe at a nice restaurant, remember to listen! Show interest in the other person first. 2. Ask open ended questions! Show interest in the other person on your date by asking questions that are not simply answered yes or no. This will make the conversation flow better. 3. Dress properly for LDS dating! Most of all, be yourself in your dressing, but also consider that you might want to go with the golden rule hear, clean and proper. Proper meaning no rips, holes or the like. 4. Be yourself! When dating it is easy to be overwhelmed by the need to make a great expression, but if you become somebody you are not it will only bring hardship later. Be yourself and your right mate will emerge. 5. Timing is everything! This goes for many things in life. In this case make sure you set your alarm or whatever it takes to be on time, and even better ahead of time, for your LDS date. 6. Smile! LDS dating is no different than the rest of life. Joy and smiles are attractive. They draw people to you like flies to sugar. 7. Maintain eye contact! Does not mean that you should sit through your LDS dating experience staring the other down, but do keep eye contact for most of the time, it helps connection. 8. Go activity LDS dating! If you feel a bit uncomfortable about sitting still at a dinner table for a full evening, go for an activity date where you will move around some and topics of conversation will emerge naturally. 9. Breathe! This might sound silly for your date, though it is so easily to forget to breathe if getting a little nervous. Take a couple of deep breaths every now and then and your date will be a more pleasant experience. 10. Follow up! If you enjoyed your LDS dating, let your date know afterwards. Like later in the afternoon or next day through a message, maybe SMS or a call. Enjoy your LDS dating! Kari Eriksson is an infopreneur and came across the popularity of LDS dating some time back. He decided to learn more on this topic and is now gathering his learnings at http://www.lds-dating-online.com where you can find articles, links and other useful resources. Unwanted Pizza Talk

By Greg Gagliardi I don't particularly mind ordering pizzas. In fact, sometimes I enjoy it. It's not the actual call that fascinates me, of course, but more so it's the knowledge that the call will soon turn itself into actual food. It is this transformation (phone call into food) that makes our country what it is today, and could also be responsible for the popularity in replacing the letter 'f' in words with 'ph,' such as in the sentence, "This is so phat, man." And, of course, in that particular example, the fatness -- or phatness -- may be a result of the pizza... Nevertheless, my reason for this topic has nothing to do with any of this. Rather, I wanted to discuss the conversation I had the other day with the person on the other end of the pizza delivery process. Upon asking if they offered chicken as a topping, she replied, "I don't know, I think so." I have a problem with that, because what would happen if they didn't have chicken? Would she just wing it and choose something that I might like equally as much? I don't think she'd be able to figure that out considering one minute on the phone isn't really enough time to get to know me. It also bothers me that the person at the pizza place wouldn't know the available toppings, because when it comes down to it: it's a pizza place. What more do you need to know besides the toppings? It's like calling an ice cream parlor and asking if they have cones... But it gets better from here. After I asked for wings, she asked me if I wanted the fresh kind or the frozen ones. I can understand why she would ask me for my preference, but perhaps she could have reworded it into what she actually meant: "Are you a normal person or a total idiot?" Seriously, I would like to be asked the question above, only because most food service employees often don't have the opportunity to express themselves openly. After this ice breaker, we could talk about life, philosophy and maybe even chicken. For example, I would mention that if peppers could order pizza, they would order pepperoni, but if meat could order pizzas, they probably would not order themselves in the ball form. We could talk about anchovies and whether they are salty because of their assault. And we would then cross the road and ponder what it meant to do so. This would be particularly fascinating if she was still supposed to be at work, because then who'd be answering the phones? (Answer: a machine.) And through it all, I would still wonder what topping I was going to get on my pizza... Probably not what I ordered But I digress. Greg Gagliardi is a teacher and writer. His stream-of-consciousness weekly humor column, "Progressive Revelations," has been ongoing since 1998. Writing Sales Letters That Sell

By Joe Love The most important part of any marketing you do is direct marketing. This includes letters, postcards, brochures, newspaper or magazine coupons, telemarketing, TV or radio direct response commercials, e-mails, and the copy on your web site. For any direct marketing campaign to be successful, you need to have a combination of marketing tools in order to make your offer repeatedly. One of the most potent tools you can use in your direct makreting is the direct mail letter. The letter, whether you're using it through the mail or the internet, is the actual sales pitch. It relays what your product or service is, and how much it can benefit the prospect. In short, the letter should do everything that a traditional person-to-person sales pitch does. Here are ten things that will make your letters more effective: 1. It must have a headline. The headline is the ad for the letter. It flags down the reader to read more. 2. Present the facts. Begin with a statement of basic truth, known and accepted by the reader. By introducing known facts, your create believability for later statements in the letter. 3. Do as much personalizing as possible. Personalize name, address, special interests, and anything else you can. 4. State your offer in the beginning, again in the middle, and again at the end. 5. Create a sense of urgency by giving prospects a cut-off date by which time your readers must respond to your offer. 6. Always include a P.S. The P.S. is the second thing readers read, following the headline. 7. Stress your main points with underlines, bold type, all caps, or a yellow highlighter effect. But don't stress too much. 8. Use short paragraphs, sentences, and words. In lettes of two or more pages use subheads. 9. Use black ink, plus blue to underline more important points. Print your signiture and make notes in the margins or hand-write a P.S. 10. Tell the reader exactly what to do upon completing the letter, along with how to do it, and when to do it. A succesful direct marketing campaign might consist of four pieces sent at two-week intervals: a two page letter, then a one page letter, then a postcard, then a telephone follow-up. It is important to remember that even the best letters don't get read if the envelope doesn't get opened. So make the envelope enticing to get your recipients to open it. You can do this by putting a "teaser" line on the outside, motivating the person to open it. You could use a window envelope with a photo of free gift, resemblance of a check, or some other unique design. This increases curiosity and gives the recipient a reason to open the envelope. The same is true for your e-mails. Make sure you put something recognizable in the subject line so that the recipient will recognize that is from you and will peak their curiosity, otherwise, they'll likely delete it without opening it. You should have an entire file of letters for different occasions: promotions, offers, thank-you, follow-up, referral seekers, and more. Always test you letters until you have a file of proven winners. All contents Copyright(c)2004 Joe Love and JLM & Associates, Inc. All rights reserved worldwide. Mayan 5200-year Great Cycle in Scripture

By Clark Nelson The Mayan Calendar 5200-year Great Cycle is a variation of the Long Count Initial Series. Formerly developed in conjunction with the Dresden Codex, the Long Count begins with the presumed Mayan Creation date, noted as 13.0.0.0.0. The most significant digits on the left are Baktuns (400-years), next are Katuns (20-years), and Tuns (360-days), and Uinals (20-days) and Kins (days). The Long Count measures 13 consecutive 400-year-Baktun-cycles or 5200-Tun-years. Therefore, conjecture rationalizes at least 12 Baktuns and possibly 13 Baktuns have elapsed prior to the onset of the Long Count. The 5200-year Great Cycle, on the other hand, introduces a cyclic calendar system whereby 5200-Tun-years repeat to mirror the 52-year Calendar Round. The secondary age category cumulatively adds to achieve 5200-Tun-years, or as some historians agree, 5200-Haab-solar-years in a Mayan 5200-year Great Cycle. The Great Cycle is generally associated with 5200-Tun-years having 360-days each. Depending on the context used, some opinions favor the 365-day-Haab-solar-year. The special treatment of the Wayeb 5-feast days between the 360-day-Tun-year and the 365-day-Haab-solar-year is usually included for Long Count projections. The Antediluvian Calendar system applies 13 steps of 400-year-Baktun-cycles to describe the 5200-year Great Cycle from Adam to Enoch. Six 800-year Generation Cycles extend the secondary age category to represent the lives of six Patriarchs. The six secondary ages measure time since fatherhood until the characters death. Adam, Seth, Enos, Cainan, Mahalaleel and Jared each increment the secondary age category total by two 400-year-Baktun-cycles each. Extra time beyond the 800-year Generation Cycle expresses in terms of 260-day-Tzolken-sacred-years for the first example, Seth. The secondary age of Adam is the 800-year Generation Cycle in Genesis 5:4. The secondary 807-year age of Seth includes the 800-year Generation Cycle, plus 7-Tzolken-sacred-years (Genesis 5:7). The secondary age category entails thirteen 400-year-Baktun-cycles in the vernacular of the Mayan Calendar. Each 400-year-Baktun-cycle is the halfway, midpoint position for the entire Patriarchs 800-year Generation Cycle. The end of Adams first 400-year-Baktun-cycle in the secondary age category also identifies the end of 130-years in the primary age category. The end of Adams second 400-year-Baktun-cycle completes the first 800-year Generation Cycle in the secondary age category. Seths secondary 807-year age follows the same pattern. The third 400-year-Baktun-cycle in the lineage is also Seths first 400-year-Baktun-cycle for the secondary age category. Again, at the halfway point, Seths primary 105-year age of solar-side time split ends simultaneously with Seths first 400-year-Baktun-cycle. The fourth 400-year-Baktun-cycle adds to the secondary age category for Seth. Seths secondary age 800-year Generation Cycle finishes at the end of the fourth 400-year-Baktun-cycle. A final period lasting 7-Tzolken-sacred-years or 1,820-days, adds the last primary age 5-Ethiopic-years according to the 364-day-Ethiopic-year. The familiar 365-day-solar-year adjusts by one day every year to add approximately 7-Tzolken-sacred-years from the last 5-years in Seths 105-year primary age. The Holy Bible commits the bulk of this Holy of Holies to exploring given ages for the Antediluvian Patriarchs from Enos to Enoch. Ages of Adam harvested calendar information from several known sources. The Jewish Calendar, Egyptian Calendar and Sun Kingdoms Calendars of the Americas assist to discern fundamental requisites of lunar/solar calendar operations. Enhancing our view of ancient time recording, additional materials gathered from the Book of Jubilees, Dead Sea Scrolls, three Book(s) of Enoch and mythological inferences compile for better awareness about ancient calendar systems. Styles of writing and the consistency of meanings are useful in dating ancient texts. The purpose here is to extract pertinent fragmentary evidence offered by ancient writings to facilitate reconstruction of the oldest Antediluvian Calendar system. Supplementary literature serves our calendar interests. Original Septuagint texts translate to compose most of the canonical Holy Bible. The Septuagint is aptly noted LXX, for the legendary seventy or so scholars involved. Ptolemy II (285247 B.C.E.) requested six translators from each of the twelve tribes of Israel to work at the library at Alexandria. They translated the first five books of Moses or the Torah. The Pentateuch means the same name in Greek. Most scholars estimate the latter part of the third century for scripture translations into Greek. We are far more interested in the information disseminated in the text rather than every jot, yod or tittle (Matthew 5:18). In English, this compares to crossing ts and dotting is. We can rest assured diligent care was exercised by Septuagint translators in creating Greek renditions of the Bible. According to the Letter of Aristeas, the Jerusalem high priest Eleazar, was to appoint trained Jewish sages to generate precise translations. Noteworthy resources embrace various stages of correspondence with several collections attributed to be authentically Septuagint. A survey of the similarities and differences yields more specific calendar information targeted toward resolving the ages listed in chapter 5 of Genesis. Contributing texts present themselves against the background of accepted calendar systems. Several Apocryphal (false writings and not canonical) works also became known between 100 B.C.E. and 300 A.D. Striking 100-year differences exists between the Antediluvian Septuagint calendar ages and those respective ages in the traditional Bible. A contrasting first 100-years of difference exists between the primary age of Adam, as reputed by the Septuagint and the accepted 130-year age in the later Holy Bible versions. The Septuagint mentions the primary age of Adam to be 230-years at Seths birth in Genesis 5:3. The Septuagints primary 230-year age of Adam departs from a wider set of l/s calendar terms, which indicate Septuagint translators were working with a discrete 100-years single term. Prominent 100-year differences lead us to distinguish 100-year single terms stood alone in the script. This illustration suggests that 100-days-and-years are an isolated single term. Associated numerical matching of X-days with X-years bolsters a more comprehensive scheme that situates a difference between the 260-year-sacred-cycle and the 360-year midpoint type of cycle. Mayan calendar terminology substitutes for the equivalent 260-year-Tzolken-sacred-cycle and the 360-year-Tun-cycle. Important considerations that select 100-days-and-years graphically determine the difference between 260-day-Tzolken-years and 360-day-Tun-years to formulate the larger frames of 260-year-Tzolken-sacred-cycles and 360-year-Tun-cycles. A distinct 100-year single term is visible in multiple translated texts. Emphasis for the primary age measures from the characters beginning to the primary age time at fatherhood. In the popular Holy Bible, Seths primary 105-year age revises to be 205-years in the Septuagint. Scrutiny of the Holy Bible primary 105-year age of Seth reinforces the notion that the 100-year portion was likely a 100-days-and-years single term and that 5-years shares the very same treatment by referring to a special 5-days-and-years single term. Ending the 360-day-Tun-year with the special 5-day Wayeb period agrees with ending a 360-year-Tun-cycle with an outstanding terminal 5-year Wayab. Seths last 5-years in the primary age or 1,820-days, link with 7-Tzolken-sacred-years in the secondary age category (Eqn. 13). Proper historical credit belongs to the Holy Bible from older versions that translate Torah. Modern English versions of the Holy Bible better preserve original settings cast. The Greek Septuagint did a more accurate job of translating spiritual underpinnings as opposed to precise numbers. Modern word searches and the capabilities of the Internet enable exhaustive searching. The secondary 800-year Generation Cycle age of Adam, measured from fatherhood until Adams death, also mutates regarding 700-years in the Septuagint. The primary and secondary ages of Adam offset by 100-years according to the Septuagint. The identical 100-year deviation between the sacred texts affects the secondary age of later characters in the secondary age category by the same amount. The mainstream of the Septuagint copies the generational flow from the characters age at fatherhood until the characters death. Mesoamerican l/s calendar ages were ideally fixed for both 130-years as half of the 260-year-Tzolken-sacred-cycle and the 400-year-Baktun-cycle as half of the larger 800-year Generation Cycle. Original Hebrew texts maintained accuracy in keeping with the Sun Kingdoms calendars. Specific calendar units of measurement show the principal time reckoning ingredients embedded as bits and pieces. Differences lasting 100-years continue throughout the remaining Septuagint genealogy. Seth, for example, has 205-years in the primary age category at his fatherhood of Enos. The secondary 707-year age for Seth likewise indicates a 100-year shortfall from the Holy Bible account. Both cases for Adam and Seth eventually sum for the total age life spans of 930-years for Adam and 912-years for Seth, respectively. Septuagint translators had access to Torah scrolls and other manuscripts that modern people may never know. Fire partially destroyed the library at Alexandria when Julius Caesar laid siege to the city in 48 B.C.E. The Septuagint was the first canon in the Greek before the New Testament. Books and parts of books were included in the canon. Greek editions of the Hebrew Bible in many different languages aided the spread of Christianity. Some early churches rejected Apocryphal and related works. Septuagint research through all stages, amplifications and modifications is a separate study. Every language and even dialect has particular meanings and interpretations akin to itself. New translations and revisions are undergoing development to this day. Stringent rules for recopying Torah scrolls have always been in effect. Asserted in Deuteronomy 4:2 and 31:24-26, divine instructions preserve all scriptures intact. Orders prohibit any added or removed words or meanings. The Levite priesthood held stewardship of the scriptures. The New Testament later affirms the oracles of God are committed to the Jewish people (Romans 3:2). The earliest scriptures designed to protect the sanctity and original meanings inherent to the Hebrew Bible determine the copy practices of the Levite priesthood. The chosen Levites were to make new copies of the Bible as older copies wore out. Meticulous rules were in effect for transcribing text. Every page needs to be an exact duplicate, word for word and letter by letter. Counting numbers of words and/or letters per page permitted comparisons to the original text. Up to three people eventually were required to make a copy. A copyist sat in full Jewish dress, accompanied by at least two others tasked with checking the manuscript for errors. Safeguarding the Sacred Text enabled the acclaimed fence to the scriptures. Words and letters remained locked into position. A single mistake caused the entire works destruction and the whole process started over. The Temple Scriptures rested inside the Ark of the Covenant of the Holy of Holies. The increasing Jewish population used the same methods for worship and observance wherever they settled. Levite scribes continued to painstakingly duplicate and distribute copies. The Masoretic text of the 9th century C.E. seems to be a standard of authenticity for Biblical scholars. Observing technical terms and relevant styles help to date scrolls and other written information. The last Old Testament Prophet and scribe, Ezra is said to have fixed the canon of the Old Testament about 400 B.C.E. Masoretic text also refers to later versions that date between 500 - 1000 C.E. The moral to this condensed story is to realize due precautions have been observed to ensure the highest degree of content and meaning are conveyed by the new copy. The early pathways of the Holy Bible tell the story of Judaism and the calendar practices of ancient civilization. Examination of the 100-years precludes simple editorial corruption concerning the frequency and deliberate variations of the Antediluvian ages. The 100-day-and-year single term begins to take new meaning by separating two 50-year-Jubilee-cycle components. Periods of 7-weeks having 50-days are celebrated by the Jewish Calendar festivals of Passover and Counting the Omer that leads to Shavot. The King James Version (KJV), New International Version (NIV) and many other versions have corrected any Septuagint errors to reflect original Hebrew. The Hebrew alphabet is a language and numbering system. Translating numbers into Latin, Greek and finally English combines the numerical value and the unit. Two passes of the 50-days-and-years single term, rather than 100-years, substantially alters our interpretation of the Antediluvian ages. Original Hebrew documents such as the Book of Jubilees and the three Book(s) of Enoch counted the number of repetitions of time cycles or addressed specific days and months during the year. Counting Jubilees as either 49-years or 50-years has been a point of controversy in scholarly circles. Seven-day weeks and 7-year-Sabbath-cycles involve the lunar-side of l/s calendars. Many works mention a decree proclaiming heavenly tablets held written calendar information. The Book of Jubilees or the Book of Divisions, is another sacred historical text earlier introduced in Ages of Adam. Most likely revised in the 2nd century B.C.E., the Book of Jubilees is a historical account from Creation to Moses. The narrative divides Jubilee periods into 49-years in a familiar story comparable to Genesis. The only complete version of the Book of Jubilees is in Ethiopic. Large sections survive in Latin and Greek. Are you a pastor, educator or a student of the Holy Bible? Timeemits.com seeks anointed people to review and contribute to the Ages of Adam ministry. Ancient lunar/solar calendars like the Jewish and Mayan calendars provide the background to understanding early time. Ancient calendars of the Holy Bible use differences between the moon and sun, numerical matching and a 364-day calendar year to describe X-number of days that match with X-number of years. Taxes And Divorce

By Antonio Fricano The truth is, most family law lawyers don't have a firm grasp on the tax consequences of divorce. One reason we went to law school instead of to medical school was because we didn't want to take the extra math classes. Instead, hoping to leverage our talents for writing, negotiating and public speaking we decided to enter into one of the most litigation intensive specialties within the law. Still, these lawyers can provide effective representation for their clients. The reason is that most opposing attorneys are of the same mindset. This mindset is; "I am a family law attorney and if my client needs tax advice they should seek the advice of a tax professional." This is good advice, but seldom clients actually abide by it. The tax consequences of a divorce can have a tremendous impact on the actual (as opposed to stated) value each side receives in a property division or support order. This leaves those lawyers with an understanding of tax law in a superior bargaining position. The following article will discuss a couple areas where family law and tax law intersect. Support Orders The bargaining chips here are the exemptions and filing status. Exemptions are a tax deduction so they are a benefit for the spouse receiving them. Two ground rules to keep in mind is that a custody split should never be 50/50, (because neither party will get the exemption) and the court can't order parties to take a particular filing status. The advantages of taking certain tax positions can be analyzed by the DissoMaster software. Once the exact benefits to both sides are calculated, the negotiating begins. Generally, the tax deductions should be negotiated towards allocating them to the higher earning spouse. In that way both spouses collectively pay fewer taxes. Another result is that the higher wage earning spouse has a higher net income which will result in a larger order of support to the receiving spouse. All of this is, of course, is negotiable and can even be conditioned on certain events. For example, an agreement might have a provision that Wife sign the IRS form allocating the exemption to husband by January 15th each year, provided that she receive increased spousal support of a certain amount. These tax aspects can have a major impact on a client's future finances and should be a point of negotiation. Property Division This is an area where a basic understanding of tax law is crucial to obtaining a fair result for the client. Family law courts have two fundamental rules here: 1)The court does not take tax consequences into account when determining value a.Example: If you are awarded the family residence and plan on selling it after the divorce, the court will not reduce the value it puts on the house just because you will have to pay taxes on the gain from the residence 2)Pursuant to IRC 1041, property transfers subject to a divorce are not taxed a.Example: If you sell your interest in the family home to your spouse, you will not be taxed California community property law states that each spouse shall get an equal share of the community property. This can be more complex than it seems. As an example, let's say that we are awarding stock to Wife with a fair market value of $200,000 and we are awarding husband cash from the community bank account equaling $200,000. While this might seem equal, it probably is not. The stocks are subject to taxes, either a loss or a gain. If Wife has to pay taxes on $100,000 of the stocks when she sells them, she has gotten the short end of the stick. Calculating Loss or Gain The loss or gain for tax purposes on any property is equal to the selling price minus the basis. Basis is the purchase price of the asset, plus improvements, plus fix up costs, minus depreciation and deferrals. Obviously it can get complicated trying to figure out all these factors, so attorneys need their clients to take an active role in providing this information. The situation gets even more complex when dealing with pensions. Pensions have early withdrawal penalties and other serious tax implications for divisions. Also, a loss or gain may be avoided entirely with some estate planning. For example; if the spouse was awarded the residence and lived in the residence until his or her death, then the basis for whomever he or she willed it to, would be the fair market value at the time of the transfer. Solutions How can you split everything equally when you are comparing apples and oranges? One way would be to take the King Solomon approach and divide everything in half, giving each side half an orange and half an apple. Sell the house and divide the proceeds. Each spouse takes half the stocks. If the pension or IRAs are unequal, roll some over from wife's IRA to husband's IRA or vice versa to make them of equal value. However, the best course of action for clients is to hire an attorney that has a basic understanding of the tax implications of divorce. Clients can test prospective attorneys in this regard with a few preliminary questions during the initial consultation. An attorney with this basic understanding can save clients lots of headaches down the road. Antonio J. Friacno

Arm-Twisting with the Almighty

By David G. Myers Modern prayer experiments bring to fruition the grand experiment envisioned in 1872 by an anonymous Briton who threw down a prayer test challenge to believers. The experiment was a simple one. Choose one single ward or hospital for three to five years of sustained prayer by the whole body of the faithful. Will its patients healing and mortality rates surpass those in comparable hospitals elsewhere? The proposal triggered a national prayer-gauge controversy that raged for a year. For many people, the very idea of testing prayer and God was outrageous. If experimenting with prayer offends, said Victorian polymath Francis Galton, then why not examine the efficacy of spontaneous prayers? Galton collected mortality data on people who were the subjects of much prayer, such as kings, and reported that they did not outlive others. Moreover, the proportion of stillbirths suffered by praying and nonpraying expectant parents appeared similar. And there things stood quietly for a century, until American researchers decided they would experiment with prayer. The study that did most to stimulate both scientific and popular interest in prayer was Randolph Byrds 1988 report of Positive Therapeutic Effects of Intercessory Prayer in a Coronary Care Unit Population. Byrd randomly assigned 393 coronary patients either to a no-prayer group or to a group that would receive prayer from three to seven born again intercessors. For six of 26 outcomes, the prayed-for patients did better. Although there were questions about whether the person recording the data was entirely ignorant of the patient assignment, the widely publicized conclusion was that prayer worked. For the other measures -- such as length of hospital stay and even mortality -- there was, however, no difference between the prayer and no-prayer groups. The ambiguous results helped inspire Dr. Herbert Benson, director of the Mind-Body Institute at Harvard University, to propose in 1997 a substantial, well executed and elegantly simple experiment called the Study of the Therapeutic Effects of Intercessory Prayer, also known as STEP. In STEP, which was funded by the John Templeton Foundation, more than 1,800 consenting coronary bypass patients were assigned to one of three groups: one that knew that it was being prayed for by volunteer intercessors, one that did not know for certain whether it was being prayed for but was, and another group that did not know for certain whether it was being prayed for but wasnt. After becoming aware of the STEP experiment from Templeton staff and Herbert Benson, the lead investigator, I filed a statement Why People of Faith Can Expect Null Effects in the Harvard Prayer Experiment. I put this on record in 1997 so that such Christian thinking about prayer would not seem, if offered now, like after-the-fact backpedaling or rationalization. I also wrote two more articles for the Reformed Review expressing my Christian and scientific skepticism about the prayer experiments while acknowledging the more intriguing and persuasive evidence of correlations between religiousness and health. In the intervening nine years, while we awaited the results from this unprecedented mother of all prayer experiments, other prayer experiments surfaced:
A 1997 experiment on Intercessory Prayer in the Treatment of Alcohol Abuse and Dependence found no measurable effect of intercessory prayer.
A 1998 experiment with arthritis patients reported that no significant effect from distant prayer was found.
A 1999 study of 990 coronary care patients -- who were unaware of the study --reported about 10 percent fewer complications for the half who received prayers for a speedy recovery with no complications. But there was no difference in specific major complications such as cardiac arrest, hypertension and pneumonia, with the median hospital stay the same 4.0 days for both groups.
A 2001 Mayo Clinic study of 799 coronary care patients offered a simple result: As delivered in this study, intercessory prayer had no significant effect on medical outcomes, the study said.
A 2005 Duke University study of 848 coronary patients found no significant difference in clinical outcomes between those prayed for and those not.
Amid these negative results, one stunning result challenged my prediction. Prayer works, said a headline in The New York Times magazine after a 2001 Journal of Reproductive Medicine article reported that prayed-for women undergoing in vitro fertilization experienced a 50 percent pregnancy rate double the 26 percent rate among those not receiving experimental intercessory prayers. When suspicions about the study emerged, one of the studys authors pleaded guilty to criminal business fraud and was sentenced to prison. The articles Columbia University co-author removed his name from the study, with which it turned out he had no direct involvement. Climaxing this string of negative or discredited results comes what may be the coup de grace for intercessory prayer experiments: intercessory prayer in the STEP experiment had no effect on recovery from bypass surgery. If these had been clinical tests of a new drug, the pharmaceutical industry would surely, at this point, say enough. But imagine that these experiments had confirmed the intercessory prayers clinical efficacy. How big would the God effect -- if that is how we would have viewed it -- need to be to be added to the list of recommended medical treatments? Might affluent but ill people effectively outsource prayers for their healing by paying distant people to pray, in the confidence that God will be counting votes? And if a now-proven God were to be arm-twisted into reliably responding, would faith be required any more? Or do we err in viewing the God effect as a mere slight subtraction to, for example, the number of stillbirths or coronary deaths? In the historic Christian understanding, God is not a distant genie whom we call forth with our prayers but rather the creator and sustainer of all that is. Thus when the Pharisees pressed Jesus for some criteria by which they could validate the kingdom of God, Jesus answered, "The kingdom of God is not coming with things that can be observed . . . . . For, in fact, the kingdom of God is among you." The Lord's Prayer, the model prayer for Christians that I pray every day, does not attempt to control a God who withholds care unless cajoled. Rather, by affirming God's nature and human dependence even for daily bread, it prepares one to receive that which God is already providing. Through prayer, people of faith express their praise and gratitude, confess their wrongdoing, voice their concerns, open themselves to the spirit, and seek the peace and grace to live as God's own people. Judge Thyself Before You Buy Drugs Online

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Suzanne_Ann] Suzanne Ann One of the pharmaceutical industrys fastest growing segments is so-called reimportation sites, which allow people to buy essential pharmaceuticals at lower prices from foreign countries. Brand name drugs purchased in Canada can typically cost 30% to 70% less than the same drugs purchased in the US. Though it is against the law for someone inside the US to purchase or order controlled substances from a pharmacy that is outside the US. The law gets tough: Online pharmacies had been enjoying the freedom as if they were not part of any law for many years, but lately the law has got cracking on them. Some online pharmacies, namely those accredited by the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP), require written authorization from a customers physician before filling online prescriptions. NABP has developed the Verified Internet Pharmacy Practice Sites (VIPPS) program. A coalition of state and federal regulatory associations, professional associations and consumer advocacy groups provided their expertise in developing the criteria that the VIPPS certified pharmacies must follow. Legitimate pharmacy sites on the internet provide consumers with a convenient, private way to obtain needed medications, sometimes at a more affordable price. Many reputed internet pharmacies allow patients to consult with a licensed pharmacist from their privacy of their home. European pharmacy.com claims to work only with physicians and pharmacies which are licensed. There are also numbers of websites who dispense prescription drugs but do not offer an online prescribing service. ED Drugs: prescription drugs Before buying any drug online it is important that one consults the doctor and prescription drugs should be obtained only after its prescribed from the doctor. In the case of Erectile Dysfunction men should discuss their health status personally with their doctors before they start drugs like Cialis to ensure it is the right drug for them. Cialis can cause side effects like Headache, Flushing, Indigestion, Urinary Tract Infection, Nasal congestion and Dizziness. And both should not be given to men taking Nitrates in any form. There are more serious side effects and therefore a proper consultation is required before starting these drugs. Cialis is available online with various sites and one can buy Cialis online, but it is strongly recommended to buy Cialis only after proper consultation from the doctor. An Age Old Battle: Marketing vs. Sales

By Phil Grisolia Is it really a battle, or merely a misunderstanding? Perhaps its time the business world takes another look at both of these two revenue producing activities. Both, after all, have undergone subtle changes in recent years. What prompted my taking a second look was a colleague who recently found himself between jobs. Hed worked in one area of Marketing or another for all the years Ive known him. Hes good at what he does, largely because he enjoys the kinds of open-ended challenges Marketing offers. Until now, changing jobs had always been his choice. But having to find a new Marketing position this time he was down-sized caught him unaware of something thats actually been going on for years: the confusion among many, including both senior managers and HR staffers, over what is Sales and what is Marketing. Yes, hes networking with his Marketing peers, but to discover what other opportunities might be out there, hes done numerous online searches using Marketing as his key word. Much to his surprise, about 75 percent of the Marketing positions that show up in his searches are in reality Sales positions, most with the word Sales showing up in their titles or early in job descriptions. He thought that a bit strange, and said so as we had lunch a few days ago. Strange it may be, I explained, but that confusion about two very different types of jobs has existed for a very long time. I went on to share with him how someone much older and wiser than me described for me a number of years ago what he saw as the differences between Sales and Marketing: Sales, he explained, typically involves finding and motivating potential buyers for goods or services that already exist. Marketing, said that elder statesman, involves finding out what the potential customer wants, then deciding how to produce it economically and deliver it profitably. Sales, he added, centers around the old saying about finding a need and filling it. Marketing, however, grew out of finding and at times even creating a want, then being able to create and deliver at a profit that which can satisfy the want. Taking his explanation a step further, the old gentleman went on to say that Sales more often than not involves a logical buying decision, while Marketings success often depends an emotional ones. An over-simplification? Perhaps. Trying to explain in a few dozen words something as complex as the differences between Sales and Marketing can only lead to over-simplification. But the differences are worth noting because they are significant, and they can influence how a business goes about seeking customers. 2006, Philip A. Saving for College With a 529 Plan

By David Grimaldi It's never been more important for the children in your life to receive a college education. Studies show that over a lifetime, the earnings gap between a person who has a high school education and one who has a college degree may exceed $1 million.* According to the college board, a not-for-profit, education association, for 2004-2005 average costs for one year at a state university totaled $5,132 +10.5%, and $27,516 +5.6% for a private university.** Should you also be thinking of graduate or professional school, the costs will really skyrocket. A 529 Plan Can Help Although funding a childs way through college will never be easy, some help is available through 529 College Savings Plans- also called Qualified Tuition Programs. These plans were created under section 529 of the Internal Revenue code to help U.S citizens and permanent residents meet higher education expenses and offer considerable financial benefits, such as: Tax Advantages Your plan can grow federal income tax deferred. Withdrawals are also free from federal income taxes when used for qualified educational expenses. There may also be state income tax advantages such as tax-free withdrawals and deductions for contributions for qualified purposes. Be sure to understand these important state tax benefits, because many states only offer tax incentives for 529 Plans investing to residents who enroll in their own or the beneficiaries own State's plan. This means that state tax advantages are generally not available to the persons who enroll in the 529 Plan of a state where neither they nor the beneficiary are residents. If withdrawals are used for non-qualified purposes, it may be subject to taxes and a 10% federal penalty.*** Gift and Estate Tax Benefits Your plan allows you certain gift tax exclusions and offers special estate planning advantages, without triggering federal gift taxes, to encourage donors to contribute for higher education expenses for a loved one. Flexibility You can use your plans funds at any accredited institution of higher education. Additional Contributors Parents are not the only one who can contribute to a 529 Plan. Grandparents, other relatives, or even friends can establish accounts and contribute. Investment choices You can choose from a variety of investment strategies best suited to your individual circumstances and risk tolerance. You'll also benefit from the professional investment management skills. Types of Plans Prepaid tuition plans allow you to purchase tomorrows college tuition at todays prices. This may be an attractive advantage since you are assured your tuition is prepaid, but this type of plan generally requires your child to attend a school in your state or a particular school.
Under a 529 Savings Plan you may create an account in your name and choose a beneficiary - your child, a grandchild, or the child of a friend. Your regular contributions to the plan can grow tax deferred until withdrawn and, if spent on qualified education expenses, will be tax free when withdrawn. **** In most cases, this can result in considerable savings. Best of all, the money can be spent at any college or post secondary educational institution. Nearly 529 Reasons to Save But the reasons to consider 529 Plans don't stop there. They also feature generous contribution limits, often above $200,000 per beneficiary-which can be used for another member of the family in case the original beneficiary doesn't attend college. Check the program guidelines for eligible family members. For More Information Although section 529 Plans make saving for college considerably easier, they may not be appropriate for everyone. Religion and Social Engineering - Part of an Introduction

By Robert Baird Thomas Carlyle is just one of the interesting characters who had much to do with Calvinism and the Knox family he married into. Friedrich Nietzsche never really completed a book and yet before he went crazy his Wagnerian or Illuminized radical aristocratic handlers used him well. Even so-called political religions like Marxism must be considered before we can understand the reasons for the likes of Francis Fukayama saying absolute religions are important to his social engineering compatriots who I think are anything but patriots to the cause of any populace. Frederick T. Gates was a Baptist theologian in the Rothschild employ before they got more aggressive with the invasions of science or the Palmer Raids and other controls including the Fed. We must go into the torch-bearer of Christ (Hitler) a little more in this examination as well. Those who believe their leaders are actually in touch with and inspired by some almighty god have wrought all manner of horrors upon those they are told are less or not chosen. But we all must stop being chosen or having our loved ones chosen to be their Scarlet Women or sword and cannon fodder. A friend of mine puts it this way. My own maternal ancestors spent the better part of a cold and dreary thousand years playing a little game called: 'Storm the Castle,' in which they dressed up in unwieldy metal suits and pounded each other senseless with a variety of sharp and not so sharp objects. (Of course with nutrition not being quite up to par with today's standards and with daily rations of wine being something in the neighborhood of five liters, we are left with the sobering fact that most of us who trace our ancestry to Europe are in fact descended from short, drunken psychopaths who whiled away their time bludgeoning each other with hammers, maces and cudgels, hacking each other to pieces with swords, and scalding each other to death with boiling oil.) We must ask them to justify their laws and their acts and insist on leadership that is truthful and righteous. That is not to say there is such a thing as black and white absolute truth or some way man can actually limit the awesome reality of the creative potential of life energy on earth and in universe. I can hardly accept that John Calvin is anything more than a power-broker when I see or read him saying we should not question authority. Should we merely accept his interpretation of Jesus or any other dogma his ilk has designed to empower themselves over all life and therefore God too. Calvin said, When it is a question of our justification, we have to put away all thinking about the Law and our works, to embrace the mercy of God alone, and to turn our eyes away from ourselves and upon Jesus Christ alone. Jan Hus was a church reformer who was burned at the stake, is a humanist whose message is garbled by the times he lived in too. I do wonder about his Bohemian origins and humanistic liberal attitudes fostered by Prague denizens or alchemists who became the Bavarian Illuminati. I see him as a bridge between the Cathars and Jesuits who are founded by the Alumbrados which means Illuminati in another language. He appears eminently better than his reformers who followed; when we consider Martin Luther of a century later. Jaroslav Pelikan is the Sterling Professor of History and William Clyde De Vere {Important Royal of the Dragon Court family name.} Lecturer at this University which the Rockefeller/Rothschilds have so many attachments to. Yale is a central issue in research into the halls of power beyond the existence of Skull & Bones or the CIA people there. They also control the Olduvai Gorge research on the origins of man as well as so much in the administration of the laws and training of lawyers that I have dealt with in other books. There is a little town or city in Switzerland called Sion which is rumored to have a connection to the Priory of Sion that I may look into in greater detail someday. Switzerland is the center of Rothschild and Battenberg Royal history for the last thousand years or since the time Rome supposedly fell and Christianity became what it is today. The red cross of the Red Cross is part of this along with the Templar red crosses which looked over the voyages or invasions of Columbus and Vasco da Gama. Here is Pelikan speaking about these red cross symbols. In an age in which the healing of the nations from the ravages of hunger, disease, and war has become the dominant moral imperative, Jesus the Healer has come to assume a central place. It was an emblem of the central place of Jesus {Perhaps for a lot longer than he knows.} when, under the terms of the Geneva Convention of 1864 for the Amelioration of the Condition of the Wounded and Sick of Armies in the Field, the international organization created to carry out that moral imperative took the name Red Cross Society, its symbol, based on a reversal of the colors of the Swiss flag, is a red cross on a white background. Yet the connection between evangelization in the name of Jesus and the mission of help and healing has also been an issue for debate, especially in the twentieth century. This debate, too, comes as a commentary on the literal meaning of a word in the Gospels: Whosoever shall give you a cup of water to drink in my name, because ye belong to Christ, verily I say unto you, he shall not lose his reward. {Biblio: Mark 9.41} It has almost seemed that in every epoch there were some who were primarily interested in naming the name of Christ, clarifying its doctrinal and theological meaning, and defending that meaning against its enemiesbut who named the name without giving the cup of water. Yet it has seemed possible for others to give the cup of water, to provide the healing, and to improve the social lot of the disadvantaged {Yes, and they are the ones who created the disadvantageous divisions and castes in society to begin with.}but to do so without explicitly naming the name of Christ. Does that saying of Jesus mean that each of these ways of responding to his summons is only a partial obedience to this dual command? In the answer to this question, much of the debate over the primary responsibility of Christs disciples in the modern world has concentrated on the disjunction between the two components of the imperative. (1) Yes, there is jargon and code or esoteric meaning in this which even he does not know in the fullest depth I think. It is not unlike the talk about manifesting the god force which became a political agenda around the time of the Hyksos or Semites in Egypt. Some say Alexander was the first to claim divinity while living and I imagine he did it more than those before him. All these people were propagandists selling people on their greater importance rather than helping people see the divinity in all things which many earlier people had included in their knowledge that gods were mere representations of the forces of nature. Tuthmosis III may have been the same character who re-organized the Mystery Schools which Gardner writes is the foundation of his Great White Brotherhood. I am pretty sure from my extensive research that Amun was a one god concept of a supreme connected or collective of the forces of nature going back to before the Sphinx which was both gendered and honored Amun and Amun-Ra the Heliopolitan or Harmonic of Light which I dealt with in great detail in Neolithic Libraries. I also think the House of Mallia or Milesians included this Tuthmosis character and the other Tuthmosides as well. Here is a top scholar from Egyptology writing about this Tuthmosis character and his so-called manifesting god in the first recorded instance. The first reference to the divine will being manifested is probably that made by King Tuthmosis III, who relates how, when he was still a boy, the god Amun, in the course of a procession of his statue round the temple, noticed him and halted. Tuthmosis prostrated himself on the ground before the god, who thereupon led him to a part of the temple called Station of the King, thereby publically recognizing him as king. In this case the god revealed his will unasked, but from now onwards cases multiply in which the revelation of a gods will was sought for by men. (2) These elites and their Divine Kings are a plague upon life on earth and it is not getting better. The sophistication of the intrigues are not always obvious like it is in Korea today where we have Moonies with Missiles or in Iran where the Ayatollahs run roughshod over soulful enablement. The same thing works in most media controlled environments or the world paradigm in toto. Just because the traditional religions have lost some demographics in terms of having insane or cultish followers does not mean the Mormons, Noahdist extremists and Moslem Jihadists or Scientologists are any different. I like the thought expressed by James Watson in his foreword to Discovering the Brain. He said, The brain boggles the mind.. It is also true that a lot of the boggling has been done by those saying they seek God. We can be so much more if we would DO as Jesus and other desposyni did. There are despots in these groups of the Merovingian or family of Jesus however. We should be trying to end intolerance and the deification of one group while demonizing any others or branding some as heretical points of view. Ultimately all religions and beliefs are struggling with the same thing but those that stop seeking to participate in the creation and thus limit 'What is' are engaged in playing god. They often have made themselves the sole spokesmen for their imaginary god or the Lord as in the case of the Catholic hegemonists. But before we get into the current hegemony too much we will have to understand the root of the problem. The Reformation did not just happen and in some ways it is an academic or superficial construct. Here is Černỷ again as he addresses one of the origin myths thought to be most ancient. Note Heliopolitanism (Druidic sun-worship that Thomas Paine tells us is the basis of Masonry.) seems to be even more ancient. At about the same time as it found a means of reconciliation with the conception of the king as the god Horus, the solar religion of Heliopolis succeeded in reaching a compromise with a new cult, in fact a new religion which was irresistibly spreading from the center of the Delta towards the south, the religion of Osiris. Osiris came from Djedu, the capital of the IXth nome of Lower Egypt; Lord of Djedu is his old title and the town was called Per-Usire (the Greek form of this being Busiris). House of Osiris. Nevertheless, Djedu was probably not his original home, since the proper god of Djedu was Andjeti, who is represented in human form as a ruler with his insignia, a long crooked sceptre in one hand and a whip in the other, with two feathers on his head. Andjeti was, however, very early absorbed by Osiris and his name became a mere epithet of that god. A circumstance that favoured the absorption was that Osiris too was entirely human in form. He also is shown with the Upper Egyptian white crown to which two feathers are attached on both sides and which is set on a pair of rams horns. But there is an important difference between Andjeti and Osiris: while the former represents a living ruler, Osiris is always shown as a dead person, standing, wrapped in a long white royal cloak, the two arms holding the sceptre. His name Usire, of which Osiris is the Greek form, seems to mean Seat of the Eye; it has the appearance of a human name and it is probable that Osiris was originally a human king {How long ago?} who became deified after his death. A myth was woven around his person which is less concerned with his former life and rule as a king of Egypt than with his death and subsequent resurrection after which he became a ruler in the realm of the dead. No systematic expression of this myth is known from Egyptian sources, our chief authority in this respect being Plutarch in his On Isis and Osiris; frequent allusions, however, occur in Egyptian texts of all periods which show that Plutarchs account agrees essentially with the Egyptian belief. (3) In May 2004 there is a report of an archaeological find in Mayan tunnels (they loved the spiritual cenotes and still do) saying it was a millennium earlier than the Mayan ascendancy and yet it was just 200 BC. Aside from the fact that I have proven these people were there at least 3000 years earlier the find is a mask of a sun god. The sun god or Heliopolitan Druidism is just one of the esoteric clues to follow in tracing the travelers or Red-Headed League of Megalith Builders all over the world. When Viktor E. Frankl faced death in a concentration camp he learned a great deal about meaning and life. Most people live in fear and this debilitating fear of death is not healthy. He developed a whole school of psychology called Logotherapy from facing the choice of dying. But there is much more to learn from the Many Worlds Interpretation of Physics and from ancient shamanic travels to the places the soul goes at death and potentially before death. His experiences there must have included altered states that can be brought about through fasting and trauma. His work in that area is not particularly enlightening even though his Logos or Meaning is akin to the LOGOS which is the beginning (as in the Word) and harmonically attuned to the akashic record which might be in our genes or the Cosmic Soup or both. Here is a little paragraph from the Preface to Frankls The Will to Meaning which carried his early book Mans Search for Meaning a little further. What I term the existential vacuum constitutes a challenge to psychiatry today. Ever more patients complain of a feeling of emptiness and meaninglessness, which seems to me to derive from two facts. Unlike an animal, man is not told by instincts what he must do. And unlike man in former times, he is no longer told by traditions what he should do. Often he does not even know what he basically wishes to do. Instead, either he wishes to do what other people do (conformism), or he does what other people wish him to do (totalitarianism). (4) Why have those who arranged these horrors tried to blame the Jews (and in an indirect manner, all 'sinners') for the death of Jesus? He did not claim to be a co-equal member of the Holy Trinity. It wasn't the Jews who 'killed our Saviour'. John Ralston Saul says this about the whole matter "HOLY TRINITY-CHRISTIAN A pre-alchemist alchemist concept developed by early Christian administrators to soften the hard-edged simplicity of straight monotheism. The three-in-one/one-in-three mystery of the Father, Son and Holy Ghost {That the beatniks called 'Laddio, Daddio and Spook'.} made tritheism official. The subsequent almost-deification of the Virgin Mary made it quatrotheism {And raised un-natural 'virginity' or possible non-sense such as immaculate conceptions, which fathers must have loved and priests certainly benefit from, to heights of increasing obscenity!}. Twelve Disciples as semi-deities then made it sextusdecitheism. Finally, cart-loads of saints raised to quarter-deification turned Christianity into plain, old-fashioned polytheism. By the time of the Crusades, it was the most polytheistic religion ever to have existed, with the possible exception of Hinduism. This untenable contradiction between the assertion of monotheism and the reality of polytheism was dealt with {And this is the MOST important observation of a technique known in psychology as 'projection of a pluperfect paranoid' or the 'BIG LIE' of alphabet soup agencies and 'black ops'; the less organized criminals like the Mafia call it a 'frame-up'.} by accusing other religions of the Christian fault. The Church - Catholic and later Protestant - turned aggressively on the two most clearly monotheistic religions in view {Also they began at least 700 years of war, A CRUSADE! against the remnants of the Kelts in Ireland.) - Judaism and Islam - and persecuted them as heathen or pagan. ..These pagans must therefore be converted, conquered {ego 'Manifest Destiny'} and/or killed for their own good in order that they may benefit from the singularity of the Holy Trinity, plus appendages. HOLY TRINITY - POST CHRISTIAN So far Nietzsche has been wrong about GOD. We have not managed to become Him in His place. Instead we have replaced God with a yet more abstract divinity based upon pure rational power... Organization or structure replaced the Father, TECHNOLOGY displaced the Son and the Holy Ghost gave way to information. The new priesthood was made up of technocrats. As the etymology of the word 'technocrat' indicates, from the beginning they were to be specialists in power... And they would stand guard over information." (5) The fears and apathy of average people are as much to blame for this history of managed and 'guarded information' that records the acts of bad people. We are all our brothers keepers is not just an idle platitude. The Druidic concept called IESA or 'The Brotherhood of Man' apprehended the Cosmic Thought Field of Faraday and Tesla or the 'Cosmic Soup' of Deepak Chopra. NASA scientists have just announced that Life is Everywhere including microbes in outer space. They talk about cell membrane formation that makes we wonder if these are conscious connected 'info packets'(Tesla) or 'templates' (Teilhard de Chardin) from which energy can create in a manner more akin to ancient creationist theories of the supposed pagans. The Power Of True Romance

By Candice Sabrina More powerful than any drug, more intoxicating than any alcohol, love can lift us to heights of euphoria that we may never have experienced previously. The blush of first love or the deep comfort and trust of a love that has lasted throughout the years can fill us with happiness and peace and spectacularly color the events around us. Part of what feeds a love no matter what stage it is in is true romance; romance that comes from the breadth and depth of our souls. The definition of true romance differs for everyone; one person's idea of a romantic evening may be another persons idea of a nightmare. Infusing romance into a relationship means doing those things that make your partner happy so ultimately, romance requires a level of understanding about each others likes and dislikes that will allow you to make choices that will be appreciated. For instance, a sunset picnic on the beach may be a dream come true for one person; but for someone doesn't like the beach, it's just food served on top a blanket of annoying sand. Really listen to each other; get to know what would elicit the best response from your partner horseback riding, dinner for two in a romantic restaurant, backpacking in wine country, traveling back to a destination that was integral in your relationship, revisiting the place you got married, reenacting your first date the possibilities are only limited by your imagination. The real key to true romance, however, is integrating it into your daily life. Romantic overtures that only come once a year for Valentine's Day or an anniversary are lovely, but not ultimately enough to sustain the romance in a relationship. It's wonderful to make those large gestures with travel, a special evening out, or a beautiful piece of jewelry; but often, it's even more special to make smaller gestures on a more frequent basis. When you leave for work in the morning, leave a note on your partner's pillow or windshield of their car wishing them a good day and telling them you love them; phone during the day to say hi; make a special dinner during the week even if it's on a Monday and include some of your partner's favorite foods; set up "date night" - a once or twice a month set date that can not be broken and share some uninterrupted time together. Making romance work means working at it every day. If you are having trouble in your relationship you may find that true romance will put you back on track. There are a bevy of books on the market today, all designed to help couples find the romance in their relationship again. Youll find instructional guides on romantic ideas, sensual massage, and communication. Read anything you can get your hands on together and make an effort to put some life back in your relationship. Ultimately, true romance shows that you are listening to each other; when you internalize those things that are important to your partner and then use them to provide a romantic experience then you are showing that what's important to them is important to you. And that's the most romantic thing of all. Still looking for the perfect romance? What Is Fat Burning Food and 5 Ways To Implement It Into Your Diet

By Jenny Mathers Many people (especially on the net) claim that you can eat fat burning food exclusively and lose weight. While I do support the idea that it's not how much you eat when trying to lose weight, its what you eat - I do not support the idea that if you eat a lot of strawberries almost to the exclusion of other foods, that you will lose weight. In fact I have heard stories where people have actually done this, eaten a lot of strawberries and pineapple because their friend said that they would help them lose weight, only to find that they'd gained weight. Unfortunately, it's just not true that you can eat a certain food and it will help you to lose weight. There are foods such as nuts, tea, milk and medium chain triaclyglycerols and diaclyglycerols (dietary fats) that they are researching at the moment that could be considered functional foods for weight maintenance and prevention of obesity but at the moment no conclusive evidence exists1. That's not to say that eating indiscriminately is alright either. The message about fat burning food, that I want to get across is much different to eat this and you'll lose weight. I want to define for you my view of what fat burning food actually is. There is so much speculation that to the average joe blo that wants to lose weight, it's hard to choose the fact from the fiction. So here is my definition of what fat burning food actually is, this definition is based on my reading of the current applicable research: Fat burning food is food that have high water content, high fiber content and high micro-nutrient content, but losing weight will also be dependent on how much the food itself has been processed, the glycemic load of the food, the portion size and how satisfying the food itself is. To add to this, lowering your total energy intake (how much calories you take in) may be dependent on how much variety you have in your diet within the food groups themselves. Sounds complicated doesn't it - well thankfully, when put into practice, it's not really. You can find a simple diagram here that explains it more simply. Now, many people (such as the low carb supporters) are going to disagree with this definition - that's fine. I don't want to get into that right now - that's another article in itself. So what makes me think that food high in water, fiber and micro-nutrients make it fat burning ? Well a paper written by McCrory et. al in 2000 examined recent research in this area and found that energy densities of food had at least a direct and indirect affect on total energy intake.2. Foods that have a high amount of water usually have low energy densities and contain a low amount of energy per unit of food. So implementing these fat burning food dietary guidelines into your diet can go a long way to reducing your total energy intake and giving you a bigger chance to maintain an energy deficit (consuming less calories than you are expending). So HOW do you implement these dietary guidelines into your diet? Follow these five simple steps: 1. Don't try and implement all the guidelines at once. First replace high energy dense foods (french fries) with low energy dense foods (apple). Once your body seems O.K. with that change, then go onto the next. Look at how much food you're actually eating - if your portions are way to large - then start reducing them in small amounts until your body is satisfied with the correct portioning. In many cases when you implement one of these guidelines, you will be inadvertently covering another. 2. Don't be lazy - make your own fat burning food. If you are a big fan of ready to made meals and snacks, its time to start making your own. Many pre-prepared meals are high in salt, and many pre-prepared snacks are either high in fat or high in sugar. So make your own, then you'll only have yourself to blame if there is something unhealthy in it. 3. For healthy eating, choose at least 3-5 vegetables and 2 fruits you love and eat them every single day. If you get sick of them, add variety and choose new ones. 4. Eat wholegrain cereal based foods. Many of these foods have a low glycemic index, which will help keep your blood glucose level stable. 5. Limit saturated fats and replace these with unsaturated fats. Many foods that are high in saturated fats, taste good and may satisfy at first, but also have high energy densities, that is they have a high amount of calories per unit of food. So watch your fat intake, it should be no more than 30% of your total energy intake. So, I know that it all seems a bit over the top, but implement them slowly, and surely. With diligence and patience, weight loss will not seem so much of a battle. When you combine these fat burning food techniques with exercise (the other side of the weight loss battle), success will be attainable for most people.3 References: 1.
